WEEK 1
New Idea this year . . . every student in K-3 will make a portfolio to keep year-long work. First week - TEXTURE - we ventured outside to see what kind of texture we could find and made crayon rubbings for the portfolio covers.
On top of the texture rubbings we will make designs with our hands and water on top. At the end of the school year we will trace our hands again to see how much we've grown over the year!
HANDS are the topic - how do hands communicate / how do they help to make art?
